📋 Rental Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change and strive to be fair while protecting scheduled equipment and delivery time.
-7+ days before event:
Cancel at least 7 days prior to receive a full refund of your deposit.
-Within 7 days of event:
Deposits are non-refundable. A Thunder House gift card will be issued, valid for one (1) year.
-Day-of cancellation:
Cancellations on the event date are non-refundable, and the full balance remains due.
-Inclement weather:
Severe weather is the only exception that qualifies for a full refund. Rescheduling is always an option when possible.
-Equipment issues:
Customers must notify Thunder House immediately of any malfunction and allow us the opportunity to correct it. Failure to notify may result in no refund.

- DELIVERY: We deliver to Edmond OK and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
- COUPONS:Click here to check for coupons.
- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
