• Requires 1dedicated power outlets within 50feet
• Water source and hose required within 50feet 🚿

🚪 Gate & Access Requirements

This inflatable is extremely large and heavy and requires adequate access for safe setup.

Please ensure:
✅ Minimum gate width of 48 inches
✅ Clear pathway to setup area
✅ No tight turns, steep slopes, or obstacles
✅ No lifting over fences, retaining walls, AC units, or landscaping

Unfortunately, if access is restricted, we may not be able to safely complete setup.

🌦️ Weather & Cancellation Policy

We understand Oklahoma weather can change quickly, and we do our best to work with our customers whenever possible.

☀️ Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full deposit refund.

🌧️ Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit, but a 1-year rain check/gift certificate will be issued.

⛔ Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

💨 Severe weather or unsafe wind conditions determined by Thunder House Party Rentals may qualify for a full refund or rain check option.
